Grocery store hours are Monday-Friday 6am to 8pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am to 8pm.

We carry a wide selection of healthy and organic groceries including produce, bread, dairy, dry goods, and beverages. We specialize in special diets products, including soy-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free.

We also provide a wide selection of natural soaps, lotions, sunscreen, lip balm, and more.

Produce

We offer a wide variety of fruits and vegetables in our produce department. New produce arrives in the late afternoon on Saturday, Tuesday, and Thursday. All produce is organic unless otherwise marked.

Meat & Seafood

We are proud to offer natural Angus beef from Misty Isle Farms. The beef is 100% all natural USDA Choice Angus beef, free of antibiotics and hormones. The cattle are raised on a 100% vegetarian diet and finished for a minimum of 120 days on corn to produce superior marbling and flavor. Animals are humanely handled. Fresh seafood arrives every Friday which can include salmon, halibut, oysters, clams, and cooked crab. No farm raised or farm fed. Fresh with some frozen items.

Bread

We are proud to offer Essential Bread, Dave's Killer Bread, Sunny Valley Wheat Free Bread and fresh baked bread daily.

Wine

Our wine is provided by organic vinters. We offer many selections, most of which are organic and vegan. All wines are produced using healthy and natural practices by small artisan producers. Also low in sulfites.
